· Our water purification system is state of the art. Not only does our system purify the water we use in every cup it also adds a precise amount of minerals back into the water to create Purified Alkaline Water.

· Our Coffee Beans come from a local Texas Roaster who custom-dials every roast to enhance each unique bean; combining old world roasting techniques with the newest technology. Flavor notes of Creamy Chocolate and a subtle nuttiness. Organic - Just without the certification.

· Our Espresso and ristretto shots are pulled using precise measurements of: espresso grind consistency and weight, tamping Pressure, temperature and pressurized alkaline water. This produces a smooth, creamy chocolate and sweet shot every time.

 Note: Espresso drinks: Small comes with 2 shots of espresso, Medium  3 shots and our Large 3 shots.

· Our Milk Foam: We don’t just steam your milk. We use proprietary equipment that aerates and steams the milk to a precise temperature and consistency to create the perfect micro-foam.

Our Flavors: We strive to use the highest quality and best tasting syrups and sauces.  Almost all of our syrups are all natural with no artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners. We use pure cane sugar syrup, Maple, Organic Honey  or Organic Agave.

· Mocha: Our Dark Chocolate is a rare single sourced Chocolate from Ghana. Most Chocolates are blended from different regions to reduce the cost; which in turn reduces the quality and flavor. 

· Smoothies: Most of our smoothies use Smart Fruit All Natural Purees with Functional add in's like Vitamin C, Oat Fiber, Zinc, Etc... We don’t use powders, add sugar or old frozen fruit. Just fresh crushed fruit puree and pure ice. Super Healthy.

· Teas: Our Black Tea and Green teas are premium high quality Organic Tea Leaves that are sustainably sourced and have a natural sweetness due to their freshness. 

· Frappes: All of our regular frappes are all natural with no artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners. Except strawberries & cream
